More often than not, especially as the end of the year draws to a close, we find ourselves consumed with giving to others and neglecting to realise that to give authentically to those around us, we must first give back to ourselves.

As the year draws to close we invite you to take some time out for yourself to immerse in the powerful healing vibrations of sound. We will take you on a uniquely curated journey through sound using crystal singing bowls, string instruments, spoken wisdom, and a Metta meditation. And as an extra special treat, Will will be joined by Amsterdam-based music producer & cellist The Wong Janice who will play the cello while you sink into a deep, restful state.
