This workshop is created from the heart through the weaving of two gentle but powerful practices to connect you to the lost art of rest. You will be immersed in a slow, mindful Yin Yoga sequence led by Steph, while William serenades you to the sounds and vibrations of different instruments to realign your physical and subtle bodies.

Steph and Will both believe in a holistic approach to wellness, and will create a space for you to facilitate your own innate healing capacity and balance yourself physically and energetically.

This workshop offers the perfect opportunity to reflect on the year just passed, and begin calling in the intention of the new year.
