Join Paula and William for an immersive experience of Yoga, Sound and Energy Healing.

We will begin with the nourishing practices of Qi Gong and Yin Yoga to gently guide you into a blissful state to receive the healing frequencies of sound. Using the power of touch and aromatherapy, we will use Reiki and essential oils to enhance your sensory experience and help bring your physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies back into harmonious alignment. We invite you to join us for an evening of community, connection and coherence.

Facilitators:

Paula Holyoake | Yoga | Reiki | @yoga.beach.mama

Paula is a passionate Yoga Teacher and Reiki Healer based in Port Adelaide. She has a nurturing boutique studio space offering intimate small group/private classes, beginner’s courses and intuitive Reiki healing. Her qualifications include completing a 1:1 year long Yoga Teaching Mentorship, Yin Yoga training and Reiki 1 & 2. It is her deepest honour to share these teachings and the wisdom gained through her own personal challenges to be in service of the community and humanity at large.

William Wong | Yoga | Reiki | Sound Healing | @willy_wongka_

William is a Yoga Teacher, Reiki Practioniner, and Sound and Energy Healer currently based in Adelaide. He is trained in various healing modalities and truly believes in the power of Yoga and Sound to assist us in reconnecting to our true nature and inherent capacity to heal and discover our full potential.

Level of Experience:

Everyone is welcome to participate in our event. You do not need any prior Yoga or Meditation experience. Whether you are a beginner or seasoned practitioner, we welcome you to join us. Please advise us of any pregnancy, injury, illness or special conditions so that we can cater for your individual needs and provide safe alternatives and modifications

What is provided:

  • Tea and snacks

  • Yoga mat

  • Yoga block

  • Bolster

  • Blanket

  • Eye pillow

  • Drinking water

  • Toilet facilities

*You may bring your own mat and props if you prefer.

Optional items to bring:

  • A drink bottle

  • Journal and pen

  • Warm, comfortable clothes and thick socks if you tend to get cold

  • You may prefer to bring your own yoga mat, blanket, pillow, towel and eye pillow

  • Anything else that might make your visit more comfortable

Please note:

  • For everyones’s benefit, the class size is limited to 10 spots.

  • Due to limited availability, admissions are non-refundable, but transferable.

  • Failure to show up to the event will result in forfeiting your place.
