William Wong

is a Trauma-Informed Yoga Teacher with qualifications in Reiki, Qi Gong, Sound Healing and Holistic Counselling.

He draws on these various modalities to cultivate safe, inclusive spaces that invite and empower his participants to develop self-awareness and co-create their own personal healing and transformative experiences.

When it comes to spirituality, he believes in a grounded, embodied and integrated approach, so that there is a deep reverence and honouring rather than a bypassing of this miraculous, mysterious and beautiful human/spiritual experience we call life.

William aims to consistently teach, practise and live from a heart-centred place of wisdom, humility and grace. He strives to consistently show up with purpose, passion and presence in service to humanity and for the greatest good of all.
